I have been leaving in this apartment complex for five years now and with the new management things truly improved. They invested in painting the outside, they added railings to the stairs by the entry way of each apartment which made the complex more accessible to the elderly and the trash areas are always clean. They renovated the laundry room and have invested in fixing the playgrounds for the kids. I love Mayra and her team (Lilian) which are fully bilingual.

They boast an outstanding maintenance team that responds promptly to any concerns or issues that may arise. In particular, the office manager, Ms. Mayra, demonstrates a remarkable ability to quickly grasp the nature of the problem and address it effectively.

I've lived here since April of 2015 and have seen a lot of changes over the years as the complex has changed management/owners 3x in the last 8 years. But the new team in place led by Mayra Azcarate and her associates has been the best by far. There is now a sense of community in Pinewood and they are constantly upgrading and renovating the property to make it an even better place to live with community parties and events.
